Please contact us immediately for any damaged or defective product. Use the number or email below. We will strive to handle any exceptions promptly to replace your damaged or defective product. Shipping Damage or Factory Defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

If you would like to return your product, it must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in original condition. No scratches, dents, dings, or marks will be accepted and the product must be in reusable condition. Along with the product, you must send the invoice with the return.
In order for your return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you. The item must be placed back in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt/invoice. Send your returnable product back to the below email.

A refund will be issued once your returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. We will notify you when your return has been processed.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned products.
